Terry P. Anderson
Managing Partner, President - Consulting Services

Terry has extensive experience in the facilities management industry spanning over 25 years  in management, sales and operations.  He has forged outstanding relationships with many of the top property management firms, major construction companies, and top facility management service providers, including corporate and office services.  Terry has great expertise in vendor selection, management and contract negotiations, project management and construction supervision.  Additionally, Terry was involved for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry, including managing a variety of fast food and full service restaurants.

Terry excels in developing strong relationships with executive leadership, clients, departmental staff and leading vendors.  He has excelled throughout his career with strong leadership skills, training, coaching and being the one person that corporate leadership could always depend on to fix and correct problem situations.

Prior to Anderson Facilities Group, Terry spent more than two decades heading Facilities Management and Office Services divisions within such major corporations as Nestle, Inc. and PotashCorp, as well as a large regional community college, and a national hospital consulting firm.  Prior to this, Terry spent nearly two decades as an Area Manager, General Manager or Training Manager for regional and national food chain restaurants and as Vice President of Operations and Sales for a food distributorship company.

Richard Anderson
Managing Partner, President - Residential and Commercial Services

Richard is highly experienced in the facilities services industry with nearly two decades of experience in both sales and operations management. He has built relationships with some of the country’s top property managers, retailers, architects, construction companies, government buildings, financial institutions, hotels, grocers and restaurant companies.

Richard excels at negotiating, complex sales, project management and both Regional and National Account sales. He has built a successful career based on dedication, accountability, attention to detail, teamwork and is a constant advocate for the client.

Prior to Anderson Facilities Group, Richard spent seven years with Ecolab’s Facilitec Division, over a decade in the architectural restoration and maintenance industry with the Stuart Dean Company and most recently held the position of Vice President of Business Development with Capital Building Services Group.

In addition to his responsibilities as Managing Partner, Richard is responsible for all residential and commercial facilities maintenance services, including Anderson Power Clean, a subsidiary of Anderson Facilities Group.
